This Privacy Policy describes how 120/80 Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and its operating brands 120/80 MKTG and AOx3 (collectively, “120/80 Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit www.12080group.com (the “Site”). Please read this Policy carefully. By using the Site, you acknowledge the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide to Us

If you submit our Contact Us form, we collect your name, email address, and any other information you choose to include in your message. If you click the careers link on our Site, it opens a pre-addressed email draft in your own email application; this feature does not itself transmit or collect any information through the Site — any information you share is sent directly from your email account to ours, as with any other email.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information about your device and how you interact with the Site, including your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, links clicked, referring/exit pages, and approximate location derived from your IP address. We collect this information using cookies and similar tracking technologies, described in more detail in our Cookie Policy.

We currently use the following tools to collect this information:

• Google Analytics — a web analytics service that reports on aggregate traffic and usage patterns, such as pages visited and how users navigate the Site.

• Microsoft Clarity — a usability analytics tool. Clarity uses session recording, heatmap, and related analytics technologies to show how visitors interact with the Site, including where they click and scroll, indicators of user frustration such as “rage clicks,” and AI-generated summaries of these patterns, so that we can identify and fix problems with the Site. Certain information entered into form fields, including the Contact Us form, is configured to be masked or excluded from recording.

We do not currently use tools that identify the specific companies or organizations visiting the Site, and we do not currently use cookies or similar technologies for targeted or interest-based advertising (for example, retargeting through Meta, LinkedIn, or Google Ads). If we begin using any such tools, we will update this Policy and our cookie consent tool accordingly before that use begins, and will request your consent where required by law.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

• Respond to inquiries submitted through the Contact Us form;

• Operate, maintain, and improve the Site, including identifying and fixing usability or technical issues;

• Understand how visitors use the Site in the aggregate;

• Protect the security and integrity of the Site; and

• Comply with applicable law and enforce our Terms of Use.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Who Can Access Your Information

Information submitted through the Contact Us form is delivered to a shared email inbox and is accessible only to authorized 120/80 Group personnel who need it to respond to your inquiry. Information collected through Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity is accessible to authorized personnel and to Google LLC and Microsoft Corporation, respectively, as our service providers, subject to those companies’ own privacy and data-processing terms.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies as described in our separate Cookie Policy, available at [12080group.com/cookie-policy]. You can manage your cookie preferences at any time using the cookie preference tool available on the Site.

5. Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for a business audience and is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, children under the age of 13.

6. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights with respect to your personal information under applicable state privacy laws, which may include the right to know, access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to opt out of its sale or use for targeted advertising — we do not currently engage in either activity. 7. International Visitors

120/80 Group is based in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, information about you may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Data Retention

We retain the information described in this Policy for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, or as required by law, after which it is deleted or de-identified.
